Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, engage in collusion, or use automated betting tools is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

100bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence in support of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
To access the full range of 100bet services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above, and a secure password of your choosing. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and a copy of a government-issued identification document for the purpose of identity verification.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 100bet login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 100bet will never request your password via any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have previously notified 100bet of a suspected security compromise.
100bet may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following: a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; a selfie photograph holding your identification document. 100bet reserves the right to suspend deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality on your account pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to outstanding wagering requirement obligations and KYC completion.
All financial transactions on the 100bet platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
100bet currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 100bet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to users via the platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 100bet, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 100bet account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. 100bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, 100bet will determine the appropriate withdrawal routing at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. 100bet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC verification is incomplete, or where outstanding wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the 100bet platform are denominated exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. Any amounts displayed using the ৳ symbol refer to Bangladeshi Taka.
By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the 100bet platform, you acknowledge that all outcomes are subject to chance and that there is no guaranteed winning strategy. 100bet does not guarantee any particular return on any bet or game session.
All games available on the 100bet platform — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are sourced from certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and game mechanics are independently audited. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error or system fault that produces an erroneous result, 100bet reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the user's account balance.
Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 100bet's determination shall be final. Live in-play bets are accepted and settled at the risk of connection interruption; 100bet is not liable for bets affected by user-side connectivity issues.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required duration of play is completed; a palpable pricing error is identified at the time the bet was accepted; a system or software error materially affected the bet acceptance or odds display. 100bet will communicate void bet decisions to affected users via account notification.
From time to time, 100bet may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, or tournament prizes to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your 100bet account are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds are ring-fenced from your real-money balance and may not be withdrawn.
Promotional offers are available to eligible users only. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are available to users who have completed KYC verification, hold a single active account, and have not previously claimed the same promotion type. 100bet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where eligibility conditions are not met or where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, participating via multiple accounts, or exploiting a pricing or technical error.
100bet reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice to users. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will remain in force for that user's current bonus balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 100bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 100bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100bet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 100bet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
100bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, even if 100bet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
100bet does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Platform availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond 100bet's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
100bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 100bet will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the 100bet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 100bet operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
